Meetings

Meetings take the form of a short bit of Branch business followed by a demonstration or workshop. This year we are mainly featuring demonstrations as they prove much more popular. Unlike many Branches, we meet every month of the year.

All Newbury BSG Branch meetings take place in The Parish Room, St. John's Church, St. John's Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 7PY.  (Venue site map showing car parking and entrance door location)

Meetings run from 7:30 - 9:30pm.  The doors are open from 7:15pm for early arrivals.

An admission fee is payable by all members and visitors, which is scaled as follows:-
Newbury Branch member - £2.80
Visitor - £5.00

There are refreshments available at all meetings and a 50p contribution is collected from anyone having a drink although drinks are unlimited throughout the evening on a self-serve basis. 

A raffle is held at every meeting with tickets costing £1 each.  Donations always very welcome.  The Branch has a subscription to a monthly sugarcraft magazine with each magazine being a raffle prize.
